I called Staiger Plumbing for a quote on a simple job at my house, and instead of just booking the work, he took the time to walk me through the process so I could handle it myself and save about $150. That kind of honesty and customer care says a lot. It’s rare to find someone who puts helping people over making a quick buck. I’ll absolutely be using Staiger Plumbing for any plumbing work I need going forward.
Last year, I woke up to water all over the floors. Every step created a squishy sound of water seeping through soaked vinyl and I immediately panicked. My husband took a chance and called this team to see if they could identify the problem and fix it without paying an arm and leg. This team was so helpful over the phone, came over right away and put our minds at ease by explaining everything while they walked us through their examination. No surprise bill at the end. This team was extremely transparent, always asked permission before moving forward with a repair and even offered some simple extra services for preventive maintenance to help us out. We were so appreciative and felt completely confident in their pricing. If you’re looking for trusted plumbers, these guys are it.
Brad and his partner came to my home to repair a broken water line in my concrete slab. They used high tech water detection equipment to identify where the leak was coming from and the area affected by the leak. They explained the options to mitigate the problem and how they would go about the repair. They repaired the leak and turned the water back on, then we all viewed the water meter that showed no water movement. They were very efficient, friendly and professional.
Brad is the only honest plumber I know! LOL. Seriously, My wife and I have used Brad for all our plumbing issues for just about 20 years. We are construction contractors ourselves and Brad always has the best solutions to fix our plumbing issues. Always there when you need him.
Staiger Plumbing was professional and quick and reasonably priced… Had a Slab Leak, they came in and fixed. It cleaned up their mess and was on their way… Would definitely recommend.
